Registered charities and charitable incorporated organisations (CIOs) with 3 or fewer staff. Your organisation starts straight away, and we check your charity number on the public register afterwards. Community covers case management, risk, safety planning, MARAC and outcome recording. Referrals, the relationship map, perpetrator matching, documents and trustees are on paid plans. Board reports and the Refuge Bed Manager can be added. It stays free for as long as you qualify.
Your organisation admin moves you to Essentials from the Plan section of your settings. It starts straight away, so the new person can start the same day, and you set up payment online from the same page. Nothing is lost when you move plan.
Each member of staff with an account, active or invited: case workers, managers and organisation admins. On paid plans there is no staff cap, trustees are free, and the smallest bill is for 4 staff. The Community plan does not include trustees. When someone leaves, deactivate their account and you stop paying for them.
On Community and Essentials you can add board reports and the trustee portal for £60 a month, and the Refuge Bed Manager for £75 a month per refuge service. Both are included on Professional and Commissioned. Trustees themselves stay on paid plans only.
Yes. Moving up starts straight away. Moving down, or to Commissioned, is arranged with us so nothing you rely on disappears unexpectedly. Published board reports stay readable on every plan.
Essentials and Professional start with 14 days free. You set up your organisation, teams and people yourself, and nothing is charged until you choose to continue and add a payment method from your settings.
Yes. Open a demo of your own, filled with invented cases, people and refuge units. It is ready in a few minutes and lasts 14 days. Nothing in it is real, and nothing in it is emailed out.
Once your organisation has signed a data processing agreement with us. Until then, use invented details only. Talk to us to arrange it.
Every plan includes a training space. Your organisation admin switches it on from Setup, chooses who can use it, and staff practise as a case worker, a manager, an admin or a trustee on invented cases, without touching real work.

Not in version 1, deliberately. A survivor-facing account creates safety risks that need their own careful design.
No. Our risk assessment was built independently from published research. A DASH-compatible scored assessment, written in our own words, is included for MARACs and partners who work to scored thresholds. Read about our approach to risk.
The web app is responsive and can be installed on a phone or tablet. Case notes are fully usable on a phone, for workers writing up between visits.
Start on the plan that fits today and change it from your settings later. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and nothing is charged until you choose to continue.
